Zoom Production of "Significant Other"

This pandemic and being an actor in quarantine has been really challenging in a lot of different ways, but it has forced us to adapt to new ways of doing things. It’s left us questioning how to create theatre online. It’s made us contemplate how to create film while remaining socially distant. And it’s helped us learn to collaborate and create from the comfort of our own homes.

That being said, I will be participating in my first virtual theatre production later this month. I’ll be playing Laura in Joshua Harmon’s “Significant Other” with Bellarine Theatre Company. I’ve been working with a great cast, stage manager, and director (most of whom are logging into rehearsals from New Jersey), and we are going to deliver the highest quality Zoom show we can. I miss live theatre, but this has been a new and exciting way to be a part a show and a character that I love deeply. Two Zoom performances will take place March 26 at 7 p.m. and March 27 at 2 p.m. There are options to purchase individual or household streaming tickets through btco.booktix.com or by calling (609) 661-2083.

Hopefully I’ll be seeing you seeing me act on Zoom soon!
